In the context of technological blockade and trade sanctions facing China's semiconductor industry, breaking through these barriers and achieving localization of semiconductor equipment components is imperative.

As a critical component of semiconductor equipment—the fluid control system—its fundamental function is to transport gases to the factory circulation system, making it a key factor affecting overall production efficiency and quality. The fluid system in a semiconductor factory comprises various components, including tube fittings, valves, pressure regulators, hoses, and tube fittings. Proper system planning, efficient design, and effective tube fitting layout contribute to faster startup and operation of the fluid system, ensuring that semiconductor equipment operates safely, reliably, and stably.

VIGOUR focuses on the research and manufacturing of fluid pressure control system equipment, centralized gas supply systems, gas monitoring systems, instrumentation, and welding and cutting tools. Over the past three years, VIGOUR has experienced rapid growth, with a compound annual growth rate exceeding 50%. In 2023, despite a sluggish domestic and international economy, VIGOUR's business still maintained over 150% growth. This rapid growth has led to a surge in production capacity demand, necessitating the establishment of a new production base to meet future development needs.

In 2023, VIGOUR officially launched its expansion and efficiency improvement plan, constructing a new production base. The first factory in Shanghai has relocated to the 8000㎡ self-owned factory office space at Lian Dong U Valley Innovation Park in Che Dun, Shanghai. Simultaneously, the company is expanding the second production base on Xiangmin Road to 5000㎡, including a total of 2000㎡ of class 100 and 1000 cleanrooms.

Moreover, in line with the brand's five-year development strategy, we established a subsidiary, Jiangsu Haogu Technology Co., Ltd., in Nantong, planning to acquire 71 acres for integrated construction that includes production, R&D, warehousing, employee housing, and supporting facilities, expected to be completed and put into operation by 2026. During the construction period, the company is leasing 5000㎡ of factory office space in Lian Dong U Valley-Nantong High-tech International Innovation Park for production operations.

The construction of the new factory means the application of new production technologies and an expansion of capacity, ensuring product technological innovation, stable product quality, and timely product supply, which will significantly enhance VIGOUR's overall competitiveness and lay a solid foundation for long-term development.
